Matt Tanner is one of our Recruitment Managers. He has worked within the recruitment industry since 2000 and since 2006 has managed Kennedy Recruitment’s Industrial, IT and Education Divisions. He has specialist knowledge and experience within IT, Accountancy, Professional, Technical and Industrial sectors and has worked within the UK, Ireland and European markets.
Whilst working in the recruitment industry he has been engaged in and managed many forms of recruitment campaigns for both white and blue-collar workers. Matt is extremely skilled in the running and management of all sizes of Contracts throughout Northern Ireland. These have ranged from large volume recruitment campaigns for local government, to a more specialised process for the recruitment of permanent technical staff, both locally and internationally.
Matt is highly experienced in dealing with large volume recruitment of temporary staff including many Public Sector bodies and large privately owned organisations which require all the fundamentals of recruiting and placing temporary workers. The recruitment process must be managed at every stage to ensure that all requirements both contractually and legally are met.
He is highly skilled in exceeding our customer’s expectations by ensuring that all aspects of our client’s contracts are performed to the highest standard.
Matt is a graduate in BA (Hons) Business Studies and holds a Diploma in
Recruitment Practices (DipRP). He is a Fellow of The Institute of Recruitment
Professionals (FIRP). Matt also held the post of IRP Regional Director (REC)
which involved raising standards and awareness of the Recruitment and
Employment Confederation (REC) within Northern Ireland.
